I want the prices to be the deposit when they agree to the contract followed by an agreed upon % for each remit worked on outside of a monthly depending on how much we are helping with. Free Consultation & 3 Month Trial
$350 Deposit
Free consultation to discuss points of concern, goals, with a trial of 3 months with a dedicated biller following deposit of $350 after trial agreement.
Free Consultation & 6-Month Contract
$450 Deposit
Same as the trial but with a contract of 6-months with a dedicated biller/revenue cycle analyst to help manage the billing cycle of your clinic.
Free Consultation & 1-Year Contract
$650 Deposit
12-month contract after free consultation with a dedicated biller/revenue cycle analyst to manage the billing cycle.

Consultation for Small Practices (3-Months)
$1,200 Deposit
The point of this is that I will be evaluating, consulting, serving as recommendation for what I think can be done to help start-up practices with their own billing team.
Consultation for Small to Medium Practices (6-Months)
$2,000
Similar in evaluating and helping with having/managing their own billing team and proper training of staff of office basics especially for healthcare but over a longer period of time, especially for practices that are bigger and takes more time.
Consultation for Small to Medium Practices (9-Months)
$2,200
I rather have this one for established clinics that need a lot more work and will require more assistance with training, and understanding, and adjusting how they currently managed everything.
*Consultation is free. Deposit is applicable when signing/renewing contract for any of the offered lengths. *Separate to the deposit fee, there will be a separate monthly invoice generated based on the agreed upon terms and needs of your practice. *First time contracts will have two weeks waived of the first two monthly invoices. (This does not apply when renewing contracts, even if contract was downgraded or upgraded)
